The Worker page provides the logged-in user with the data fields to view or update the details of a Worker. If the details are to be viewed only, the fields are read only i.e. not editable. The fields are editable however if they are to be modified by the logged-in user for example on creating a new Worker or editing an existing Worker.
When editable, fields with an asterisk (*) behind the field name are required fields and may not be left blank.
The Name field is required and must be completed with the name and surname of the Worker. The data is used verbatim in the safety documentation.
The Id Number field is optional and can contain whatever identity number the worker is identified by including employee number or RSA ID.
The Telephone field should be populated with the official telephone number of the Worker. The field is optional.
The Cell Phone field should be populated with the official cell phone number of the Worker. The field is optional.
The Fax field should be populated with the fax number of the Worker. The field is optional.
The Email field should be populated with the email address of the Worker. The field is optional.
