If the logged-in user's company is a Client or Contractor type Company, the Project List page lists the projects of the logged-in user's company that the logged-in user has access to.
If the logged-in user's company is a H&S Practitioner type Company, the Project List page lists the projects of the currently selected Company that the logged-in user has access to.
Each row contains a subset of the information of a Project and two special columns. The status column, second from right reflects the status of the project and the very right hand column contains the Actions dropdown list providing the logged-in user with options to access and modify the Project's details and the information associated with it. User access to the project details and the information associated with it is controlled by the roles assigned to the logged-in user, the status of the Project and ownership of the Project in the system.
In general, a Project is firstly owned by the logged-in user that originally created it in the system and secondly by the Company of the very same user. These two types of ownership, combined with the roles assigned to the currently logged-in user, control the access of the user to the details of a Project and the information associated with it. In fact, if a logged-in user is not assigned a role to view the Project detail the Project will not be included in the list on the Project List page.
A Project can have one of several statuses.
The list of projects may be filtered by status. Clicking on the Status in the project list header opens up the Status drop down box.
Projects in the list are filtered by checking and clearing the relevant checkbox in the Status drop down box. Checking an option will include projects with the relevant status in the list and clearing a checkbox will exclude projects with the relevant status from the list. Any combination of options may be selected.
The Actions dropdown list provides the user with options to access and modify the project details and the information associated with it.
Selecting View from the Actions dropdown list in the very right hand column of the row of a project redirects the logged-in user to the relevant View Project page displaying the project's detail but not allowing the logged-in user to change any of the properties. See Project Detail Pages.
The View option is only available if the project is in Active state.
Selecting Edit from the Actions dropdown list in the very right hand column of the row of a project redirects the user to the relevant Edit Project page displaying the project detail and allowing the user to change any of the properties or related information. See Project Pages.

The Project Name field value is required and must be completed. If the actual construction project has no formal name, use three or four words that best describe the project.
Try not to duplicate Project names for different projects as it could result in a lot of confusion at a later stage and searching for the project by name becomes less effective. However, as a rule of thumb, use the same project name when creating both a Safety File and a Covid-19 Plan for a contractor project or both a Specification and a Covid-19 Plan for a client project.
Click the Create button to create a new Covid-19 plan project. The logged-in user is redirected to the Project Detail page to start editing the new Project. See Project Detail page
